White, Danny (26th August 1959-Present)

He is a musician/keyboard player and songwriter born in Letchworth, Hertfordshire, England.  He had his own group,Bronze, in 1981 and it was after he advertised for a singer that he and Basia started to work together and have done so ever since.

He became part of the group Blue Rondo a la Turk in 1981 which disbanded just a few years later.

In 1984 he and Mark Reilly teamed up and formed Matt Bianco and they were joined by Kito Poncioni who was also from that group.   They had success with their first album Whose Side Are You On with Basia singing the vocals. Following that album the band split up and he and Basia formed a partnership to pursue her successful solo career.  After more than 15 years Matt Bianco was reformed, working on new material and touring.
