Songwriter, steel guitarist (since the age of 9), front man for The Nashville Cats (1969-1985) and Chief Producer of BSW Records in San Antonio, Texas.
His songwriting credits include Traci Lawrence’s “Sticks and Stones” and the playful “Chunky People” (with David Chamberlain) for Hargus “Pig” Robbins.
He has appeared on CMT, Hee Haw, and the Grand Ole Opry, worked with such diverse artists as Joe Stampley and Bela Fleck, and performed on all songs and all albums by Alan Jackson and Johnny Paycheck. On the 2005 album George Jones: My Very Special Guests, he was one of them.
