He is a guitarist from Reseda, California, USA who started playing as a career from the time he was 16 years old, performing with a local band while in high school which got a deal with Warner Bros.
After leaving school he worked with the Kingston Trio before becoming a member of the band Ace from 1976-1977. Since the band broke up in 1977 he has worked and toured with various artists including Maria Muldaur and Leon Russell.
