He is a classical percussionist and professor who was a member of the Vienna Symphony Orchestra until his retirement.
He was also a member of the Vienna Symphonic Orchestra Project (VSOP) and a mallet trio.
Recordings he performed on include Christmas with Placido Domingo by Placido Domingo and the Vienna Symphony Orchestra and Jose Feliciano – Classic & Rock – Die Neue Dimension by VSOP.
