Arranger, producer, singer and actor born Luther Napoleon Waters Jr. in Jefferson County, Texas who was a member of The Waters with his sisters, Julia and Maxine, and brother Oren. They have recorded in various combinations on hundreds of albums purported to have sold several hundred million times over.
As an actor he appeared in 5 episodes of the TV series Fame, an episode of the TV series Private Eye and the 1980 film The Jazz Singer.
