She is a singer and farming professional who studied at the University of Missouri-Columbia and was a member of the University Singers. She has also been a Christ, Prince of Peace Cantor and sung with the choir of the St. Louis Cathedral Basilica. With the cathedral choir she appears on the holiday recording Christmas at the Cathedral.
