Stewart, Lisa (1969-Present)

She is a violinist born in Sydney, Australia, who is an acclaimed performer in the Baroque genre of music, particularly that of Johann Sebastian Bach.

She settled in Cologne, Germany to pursue her career and performed as a soloist with several of the acclaimed German orchestras including the Cologne Chamber Orchestra under the director of Helmut Muller-Bruhl.

 She has also been an artist with the Ironwood Chamber Ensemble and performed in a trio on the broadcast of Divine Strings, which was held at the Newcastle Conservatorium of Music in Australia.

Albums she has featured on include J.S. Bach: Complete Orchestral WorksBach/Vivaldi: Violin Concertos and Best of Baroque Music with the Cologne Chamber Orchestra.
