Over the course of his career he has worked with many artists, which include Carl Carlton, The Commodores, The Contours, The Four Tops, The Grand Rapids Symphony, The Sound of the Supremes and The Temptations.  He has released the CD Be My Woman with another in the works.

Today he continues singing and producing his own material for his own Tayjay Records.  He is also seen as the lead singer of The Miracles who he joined in 2005 when he replaced Sidney Justin.

Finding time to do charitable work he has worked with the organisation Al-Kebu-Lan Village, which aids youngsters by helping them with opportunities in and around Detroit.
