Ruiz, Raegan M.

She is a singer and conductor who undertook her choral and music education studies at Columbia University and The College of New Jersey.

As a singer she has appeared in productions of Die Fledermaus by Strauss and The Marriage of Figaro by Mozart.  She has also been a member of The Philadelphia Singers, who are the resident chorus for the Philadelphia Orchestra, since the early 2000s and during that time has been led by eminent conductors that include Charles Dutoit, Simon Rattle and Wolfgang Sawallisch among many others.

In her capacity as a conductor she has been the Director of Choral Music at Bensalem High School in Pennsylvania and leads the Cantores choir of the Princeton Girlchoir.

In the field of musical education she is a member of many organisations that include the American Choral Directors Association, the American Guild of Musical Artists, Bucks County Music Education Association, Chorus America, the National Association for Music Education, the National Education Association and the Pennsylvania Music Educators Association.
