Perry, Heather Dee (1973/4-Present)

She is a dancer, singer-songwriter and producer who grew up in Stafford County, Virginia.  She began dancing lessons in tap and ballet at three years old and moved to New York to study dance when she was 13 years old.

She went on to become a Radio City Music Hall Rockette, was a TV contestant on the reality show Temptation Island and was a touring member of Jimmy Buffett’s Coral Reefer Band from the time she was 22.

Her career has seen her dance in 82 countries and she is credited on the Jimmy Buffet albums Meet Me in Margaritaville and Live at Texas Stadium and the DVDs Live at Fenway Park and Live at Wrigley Field.

After moving from the Bahamas to Costa Mesa, California, she now works in collaboration with the musician Paul Pesco and together they are the founders of the Superhot Multimedia Tribeand produce the band Project: Superhit as well as putting together the series Tribal Fitness.

Her co-written songs include “Change” that was written with Paul Pesco, the percussionist Rafa Padilla and her co-Coral Reefer, Nadirah Shakoor.  She also announces on the Radio Margaritaville spawned show, Time After Island Time, covering “The Story of Music” which is heard every week on Radio JimmyDreamz.
