Interior designer, pianist and vocalist who started out on the keys at nine years of age and found his voice while still in junior high. With the encouragement of his mentors, he attended the Music Academy of the West, housed in Santa Barbara, California, Taylor University, and Westmont College.
Receiving his Bachelor of Arts degree from Taylor in piano performance, he furthered his education at the Peabody Conservatory of Music, from whence he acquired his graduate degree in vocal performance. While still in Baltimore, Maryland, he picked up some opera roles and found himself in demand as a church vocalist.
He relocated to the City of Brotherly Love where he performed with the Opera Company of Philadelphia and the Philadelphia Singers, the chorus-in-residence of the Philadelphia Orchestra. Eventually, he made the great egress to the West Coast, first San Francisco, thenLos Angeles, California.
Then, he took a completely different tack. Always fascinated by architecture and design, he decided to pursue yet another degree, this one a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design, conferred on him by Woodbury University. Suddenly, he had two careers. He spent six months performing, studying, and working for a design concern in Paris, France.
Upon his return to the States, he started up his own company, all the while keeping one foot in the world of music. He even has one solo album, Christmas Eclectic, which was released in 2003. Eclectic would be an apt description of this triple threat whose handiwork has been spotlighted in Better Homes and Gardens, on HGTV, and at the Pasadena Showcase House of Design.
