She is a violinist who became a member of the Chicago Symphony Orchestra in 1984.
As a chamber musician she has performed with the CSO’s Chicago Pro Musica chamber ensemble and Ars Viva.
Recordings she has appeared on include The Medinah Sessions and Weill: Threepenny Opera Suite; Bowls: Music for a Farce; Martinu: La Revue de Cuisine by Chicago Pro Musica and Corigliano: Symphony No. 1, Wagner: Overtures and Preludes and Brahms: Violin Concerto/Sonata No. 3 by the Chicago Symphony Orchestra and A Soulful Christmas by Brian Culbertson.
