Lindgren, Jonas

He is a violinist who studied at the Swedish Royal Academy of Music and started his professional career as a classical musician.

In 1985 he joined up with other ex-pupils from the Academy to form the Fleshquartet which are now a very popular ensemble covering a repertoire from rock to classical.

Appearing on many recordings with them he has featured on the albums Goodbye Sweden, Fire Fire, Voice of Eden and the Swedish Grammis Award winning Flow as well as the albums For the Stars by Elvis Costello and Anne Sofie von Otter, In the Middle of This Riddle by Jeannette Lindstrom, Man by Neneh Cherry, The German Years: 1977-1999 by Moondog, and I Let the Music Speak by Anne Sofie von Otter.
