Violinist from Uzbekistan who began formal training at the age of six at the Tashkentconservatory and continued her studies at the St. Petersburg conservatory.
She was good enough to pursue a career as a soloist and worked with the National Korean Philharmonic Orchestra, the National Philharmonic Orchestra of Kazakhstan, and the Philharmonic Orchestra of Uzbekistan.
As a chamber musician, she has performed with ensembles in Germany, Kazakhstan, Korea, Moscow, St. Petersburg, and Uzbekistan.
She went on to teach at Tashkent and some of her students have included Shim Vladimir Alexandrovich, Nodira Dadamuhamedova, and Lisa Ferschtman.
Uzbekistan bestowed their People’s Artist of the Republic of Uzbekistan award upon her in 1989.
In 1991, she moved to The Netherlands and became first violin with Camerata Amsterdam, The Hermitage Trio, and the Netherlands Radio Symphony Orchestra.
She formed the all-female Raduga Ensemble, the only such chamber orchestra in The Netherlands, and one of few throughout the world, in 1997. In September 2003, the Ensemble participated in Days of Dutch Culture: Window on the Netherlands. Alla is the artistic leader and concert leader of the group.
