Kickasola, Matthew

He is a tenor singer born in Ohio, before moving to Virginia Beach, who took his undergraduate studies at Covenant College, Georgia, and his Masters in Vocal Performance at Philadelphia’s Temple University before relocating to St. Louis, Missouri, where he attended Washington University so he could complete his doctoral studies in Historical Musicology.

He has been a member of the Saint Louis Chamber Chorus, along with his wife Erin.  With them he appeared in several concerts and also on CDs of theirs such as A Spanish Christmas and Songs of the Soul.

He was also involved in the Adult Sunday School at the Covenant Presbyterian Church in St. Louis, Missouri.

He and his family moved to Beaver Falls, Pennsylvania, in 2012 where he took up the position of Associate Professor of Music at Geneva College.  He and Erin have also been active with Chapel in Beaver where they’re members of the choir, teach Sunday School and assist with the college ministry.  He has also served there as an elder.
