She is a viola player who studied for her BA at Harvard University and her MM at Juilliard School.
In her professional career as a violist and baroque violist she has performed with many ensembles and orchestras that include Arcangeli Strings, California Bach Society, Ensemble Modern Frankfurt, Musica Antiqua Koln, Musica Maestrale and Philharmonia Baroque Orchestra along with playing at music festivals. She has also been a member of the Alard String Quartet and Ensemble East West and Principal Viola with Portland Baroque Orchestra.
Recordings she has performed on include Francesco Maria Veracini – 5 Overtures, Heinichen – Concerti “Per L’Orchestra de Dresda”, Heinichen – Lamentations – Passion Music, Johann Adolf Hasse – Salve Regina, Biber – Miss Salisburgensis and Beaver, Schmeltzer, Bertalo, Pezel, Valentini: Sonata Pro Tabula by Musica Antiqua Koln.
In the field of musical education she has been a faculty member of Linfield College, Marylhurst University and Pacific University.
