She is a violinist born in Sudbury, Ontario who studied at the University of Western Ontario, where she earned her Bachelor of Music degree.
After her graduation she became a member of the Orchestra London Canada and in 1987 was appointed to the first violin section of the Edmonton Symphony Orchestra. Seven years later, in 1994, she rose to the position of Assistant Principal Second Violin.
As a chamber musician she and and other orchestra members given a performance of The Mendelssohn Octet at the Art Gallery of Albert with the ESO in 2020.
She is also a member of the Albert Baroque Ensemble, where she serves as Concertmaster. With the ensemble she has given numerous baroque performances at many venues in Alberta.
Recordings she has performed on include Tommy Banks’ Christmas Instrumental Music for the Holiday Season by Tommy Banks.
